What We Did
The Technical Services team provided a single point of contact who planned and coordinated the entire project. Working with Halifax Public Libraries IMP Solutions scheduled and performed a site survey to understand the requirements for all systems including wiring, power and supporting wall hardware. Upon confirmation of the assessment the equipment was ordered and configured and the installation coordinated with Halifax Public Libraries. IMP Solutions, under the direction of Halifax Public Libraries implemented the solution and continuously monitored, evaluated and reported to Halifax Public Libraries on the progress.
Procuring the new hardware, documenting and building the system images, and coordinating with the IMP technicians and Halifax Public Libraries to install and configure all 250+ systems and additional peripheral equipment in time for the library grand opening.
