On May 6th, 2015 IMP Solutions had the opportunity to present to a sold-out audience of business leaders at the Halifax Chamber of Commerce. Attendees came to learn about how to make their business more efficient through embracing new ways to manage and consume technology. The seminar included discussion on the benefits of managed IT services, versus hiring and retaining in-house IT staff. As part of the service delivery process, IMP Solutions sends customer satisfaction surveys randomly to customer employees that open support tickets. Based on this feedback, the IMP Solutions management team is able to implement a continuous improvement program in service delivery. As of June, 2015, the IMP Solutions helpdesk team has achieved a record high customer satisfaction score with a rating of 4.89/5.0!
