Katie Keefe

Since joining IMP Solutions in 2005 after completing the Business Administration program at Nova Scotia Community College, Katie has built a successful career through dedication, continuous learning, and a strong focus on customer service.

Starting in reception and administration, she developed the skills and experience that led to a career in sales. Over the years, she progressed into leadership and now serves as Inside Sales Manager, bringing extensive industry knowledge and a customer-first approach to her role.

Her career journey reflects the value of hard work, growth, and embracing new opportunities.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and traveling.
