Vandana Ramful

Vandana leads the Human Resources function at IMP Solutions, providing strategic and operational leadership that supports the organization’s growth, culture, and people priorities. Partnering closely with leaders across the business, she drives initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen employee engagement, and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Prior to joining IMP Solutions in 2025, Vandana built her career across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, gaining diverse experience in human resources and organizational leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University, is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Carleton University.

Originally from Mauritius, Vandana is an islander at heart and feels most at home near the ocean. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, experimenting in the kitchen, and travelling to experience new cultures and destinations. Lately, she has been challenging herself to spend more time outdoors and has developed a growing appreciation for hiking and exploring nature.
