Joe Adams was appointed the Director of Aerospace Development and Support of IMP Solutions in 2013. He is responsible for the delivery of IMP Solutions Defence In-Service Support work, Information Technology Defence System and Software Development projects, and also supports both Canadian and international customers.
Joe is a senior Information Technology leader with over 17 years of experience developing software, systems, programs and teams. Joining the IMP Aerospace Aeronautical Support Engineering team as a Software Engineer in 2004, he’s been with the company ever since.
He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Dalhousie University, with a specialization in Computer Engineering.
Joe volunteered with CUSO/NetCorps in Jamaica after graduation, and has been a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2008 and Scouts Canada since 2018. He enjoys riding motorcycles and keeps busy with his three sons and active family.
